ForgeOps is the product and the brand; VERBLEAD L.L.C. is the entity you contract with. VERBLEAD L.L.C. owns and licenses the ForgeOps platform, and each customer organization owns its own Customer Data — the jobs, estimates, drawings, records and files it puts into the product. Those are two different things, and the agreements above say so explicitly.
